Adrian Vigil is the owner of Top-Notch Plumbing, Heating & Air. He started the company with nothing but a set of hand tools, an old Toyota T100, and a determination to build something great. His first job—repairing a water heater for a single mother—showed him that plumbing is more than just a trade; it’s about helping people. That experience shaped the company’s values, prioritizing quality service and genuine care for customers.
Under Adrian’s leadership, Top-Notch Plumbing has grown into two thriving divisions—Repair & Service and Commercial—with multiple departments and a highly skilled team. He fosters a culture of self-improvement and continuing education, helping apprentices grow into licensed professionals.
Beyond business, Adrian is passionate about giving back. As a board member of Partners Northern Colorado, he supports youth mentorship, something he personally benefited from. He also enjoys running and is currently training for his fourth marathon—always pushing himself just as he encourages others to do.

Harold – General Manager
Harold Pacheco is the General Manager of Top-Notch Plumbing, combining business expertise with industry knowledge to keep operations running smoothly. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado, giving him the financial and strategic skills to drive the company’s success.
Outside of work, Harold enjoys staying active and taking on new challenges, including marathon training. He brings that same dedication and determination to the team, ensuring Top-Notch Plumbing delivers the highest quality service.
Keith – Commercial Division Manager & Project Manager
Keith Blair is the Commercial Division Manager and Project Manager at Top-Notch Plumbing. A master plumber with 18 years of experience—including a decade as a foreman—he specializes in managing large-scale commercial projects. From multifamily developments and medical facilities to schools and industrial sites, he ensures each project runs efficiently and meets the highest industry standards
With a strong focus on logistics and project management, Keith plays a vital role in delivering quality plumbing solutions for complex commercial projects.
Bryan – Plumbing Estimator
Bryan is the Plumbing Estimator at Top-Notch Plumbing, bringing over nine years of industry experience. With a background in the plumbing wholesale sector, he has extensive knowledge of material costs, product sourcing, and supply chain logistics. His expertise in commercial project estimation allows him to provide accurate, cost-effective solutions while maintaining transparency and strong communication.
